CONCERTS - Montgó Chorale usually performs two concerts a year, one in May and another in December. In addition, some choir members have taken part in other events such as carol singing for fund raising events or for a Christmas service at the Ermita on the Jesus Pobre Road. To date, approximately €17,000 has been raised.

VENUES - We have played in a variety of venues including the beautiful church in Pedreguer,  the iconic Loreto Church in Jávea, (known as the Fishermen's church),  San Antonio and Ascunción in Dénia. In May 2022, we sang at the newly opened and modern auditorio in Beniarbeig.  We will return again in May 2023. We are always willing to consider other venues.

SOLOISTS AND OTHERS - Sometimes we employ professional singers and musicians. On some occasions we use members of our own choir for soloist work. We have frequently used the services of Josep Giner, the excellent local organist. Sometimes we combine with another choir, either singing a work together, or sharing a programme. An example of this was in October 2022, when John Edwards  (one of our regular soloists) organised a concert of 6 local choirs at the Lady Elizabeth School. See "Choral Overload" below.
